I use paper and pencil, scan it into Photoshop CS2 and digitally ink and colour using my mouse (sometimes tablet nowadays). For pixel art, I start in Paint XP and colour in Photoshop.

I am wikia user Agarfinkel. I was not the one who made those "gibberish" pages you blocked me for. Those pages were made by some unknown user with no active account. All I did was insert the delete template to have those gibberish pages removed. Again, I did not make those gibberish pages. Someone else did. Please unblock me.
